There are so many easy things one can do in ones everyday lives, to have a more beneficial effect on the environment, so I thought I would create a website to gather together all the research and ideas in one place to make it even easier. Click on the links below for some easy steps one can take.

I spend a lot of time researching how I can lead a more sustainable and ethical life, and have often wished there was an easy and straightforward website that contained top tips on how to make easy changes. In the absence of one, I decided to make one myself.

The website is very much a work in progress, but I thought I would publish anyway, and add more information as and when I have the time. I understand that some of the suggestions are stating the obvious, some impractical for many people, some too expensive, and some just won't wash with ones other half. I certainly do not do everything suggested here.

About the Website

I appreciate that with many things, it isn’t always black or white, what is the best option to take, and my understanding, and the scientific understanding itself, is always evolving. However, I am a firm believer that individuals should take personal responsibility to do what they can, where they can, with the knowledge that is available.

I have set up this website as a resource and to provide ideas to help individuals in the UK to lead more ethical, sustainable and environmentally friendly lives. Having wasted away many hours googling looking for guidance in how to live more sustainably, or at least a little bit more sustainably, in respect to one aspect or another in my life, it occurred to me that it would be helpful pulling together all the best information I could find and posting it in one place. Since I live in England it primarily focuses on England, but some suggestions are equally applicable across the UK.

If you have any constructive comments, feedback, or corrections would be very welcome. I can be contacted on this  email: living.sustainably@outlook.com
